No. The add-in runs locally inside Excel and never uploads your model contents. The free web tools run entirely in your browser.
What counts as a “user”?
A user is one person who installs and signs in to the add-in. Team plans are licensed per active seat.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Which Excel versions are supported?
Excel for Windows: 2016, 2019, 2021 and Microsoft 365. It installs as an .xlam add-in and needs macros enabled. It does not run on Excel for Mac or Excel on the web.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. After activation the add-in works offline; only licence checks require a connection.
How is VAT handled?
